A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an individual who provides support to businesses, assisting them remotely or “virtually” with a variety of day-to-day tasks.

Who are your Virtual Assistants?

Our Virtual Assistants are smart and experienced professionals who come from a wide range of professional backgrounds. They have an average of 5 years’ professional experience before they join our team with ambition, passion and discipline to work remotely. Once hired, they are trained in-house, for a month, on over 50 business and executive related tasks.

When is my Virtual Assistant Available?

Your VAs are available Mon – Fri from 9 AM to 6 PM

What would I do if I’m not happy with my Virtual Assistant?

Fortunately, because of the time we put into our unique matching process at Nimble, it’s very rare for a client not to gel with their VA. In case you ever feel frustrated or fed up, at any point whatsoever, you simply get in touch with your dedicated Client Success Manager and let them know how you feel. They’ll work with you to resolve the situation.

How many other clients does my Virtual Assistant work with?

Your Virtual Assistant will work anything from 40 to 150 hours per month with Nimble, depending on their schedule and existing commitments. That means one Virtual Assistant may fill their entire month with one larger client, or may work with a mix of smaller clients.

How do you hire your Virtual Assistants?

Our Virtual Assistants first apply to us and complete a very extensive application form, which includes uploading their CV, submitting a professional LinkedIn profile and providing strong references.

Individuals who particularly stand out from the crowd then pass through several other stages, including a round of assessments, a tough interview with our Recruitment Manager and a final meeting with our Co-Founder to ensure that they’ll fit in well with our growth-focused culture here at Nimble Remote Subscription Staffing.

Fewer than 2% of those who apply get to work with our clients.

How do I know your Virtual Assistants are trustworthy and capable?

All of our Virtual Assistants pass through a tough selection process (less than 2% of applicants are successful) which checks their suitability using a number of in-depth checks and measures. Each Virtual Assistant truly is handpicked to join our team.

We also carry out a background and identity checks and we secure at least 2 references from previous employers or clients.

Can I hire multiple Virtual Assistants?

Yes absolutely! We’ve listened carefully to clients over the years and assembled a team with a variety of skills that clients need as they grow their business. With Nimble, you have immediate access to a team of tried and tested professionals with all the skills you need when you need them.

Since we take a very personalized approach to assigning you a member of staff we begin locating the best possible Virtual Assistant for you using the information you shared during the signup process about your working style and personal preferences.

Can my Virtual Assistant have an Email account with my company?

Yes! In fact, most clients prefer their Virtual Assistant works in this way. Though all of our team have an account with Nimble, they may look like a more integral part of your team if their email address looks more like yours.

Are your plans flexible?

Yes, our plans are flexible. You can start with one plan and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Do my hours roll over?

We offer monthly subscription plans to our clients for the ability to retain a Virtual Assistant. While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not roll over.

Are there any additional charges or fees in addition to my monthly plan amount?

Our plans are all inclusive. Assign your staff a company email address, share your monthly plan with other members of your team, and have your remote staff work with your favorite online project management tools. It’s all part of your monthly plan features. The only time additional fees are applied is if you choose to use design or Web services, which are charged separately from your regular plan.

Will my Virtual Assistant be working on the weekends?

Our team members work during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Will my Virtual Assistant be working on holidays?

Nimble observes all national holidays in India. Your Virtual Assistant will not be available on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Diwali, Holi, Independence Day (US and India), Republic day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

What happens if my Virtual Assistant goes on a vacation?

Your Virtual Assistant can take up to 22 leaves annually, divided into 15 Privilege leaves accrued every month and 7 Sick leaves.

Do you provide back up when my Virtual Assistant is away?

Yes! Even the best people get sick from time to time, take a vacation, or need to take time off for personal reasons. We won’t leave you stranded and provide you with a backup so that they can step in to cover them when the need arises.

Can my Virtual Assistant make purchases on my behalf?

Yes! Your Virtual Assistant can place orders and make purchases safely and securely on your behalf. To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, simply have your Virtual Assistant collect your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe.

How can I protect my company information?

All our Virtual Assistants have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering the protection of your information and intellectual property. In addition, take advantage of cloud technologies and save information and files on cloud-based platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive. This means that your sensitive information is stored centrally rather than on an individual’s personal computer. Breach of NDA by an employee through leakage of any client information will lead to strict civil and criminal legal actions being taken against such employees(s).

Is it safe to share financial information like bank accounts and passwords with my Virtual Assistant?

While all of our employees go through a rigorous interview and vetting process, we recommend that you first establish a working relationship with your Virtual Assistant so that you feel comfortable before you share this type of information. If you do decide to divulge confidential information, do it methodically and one step at a time, and we recommend that you use a secure sharing system for passwords and credit card information.
